Our pork is sourced from Murray Valley here in NSW. The pork cutlets are flavoured and rolled in our parmesan & parsley crumb.

Cooking Time: 30mins @ 180°C

Tom’s Hot Tip: Pan fry with oil 1-2mins each side until golden brown, then cook in oven for 25mins @ 180°C. Serve with aioli & an apple coleslaw.
